PLEASE HELP ME!!! With questions for the church.....

We finally got an appointment to visit with the priest on Wednesday.

We have been calling and calling for months. They told us to set up our pre-cana and talk to them after. Well we set it up for November of this year and they penciled us in the book to get married when we wanted to. But we still wanted to come and talk to the priest - I mean I hear all these things about being interviewed - so it cant be that easy to get married there. We want to know that its definite because we have to order invitations earlier than normal (FSIL is doing the calligraphy and I want to give er ample time and not rush her in any way)......Sorry for the rambling, but we actually have an 'in' here and I want to make sure I have all my questions covered because I might not get a chance again! So what do I ask them????

Organist/Singer - included or price?
Altar flowers?
Time of year decorations?
Can you throw anything outside the church?
Can you throw anything inside the church?

Requirements (baptismial certificate, etc )

Def ask about music!!!! Is it included or how much will it cost? Do you have a choice in music? Are you allowed to hire musicians if you dont not use the church's musicians? How long can you RSVP for rehearsal (the earlier you rsvp, you get your choice of night and time.

YEs, Ask about lighting on camera's /video ...our church will not allow any flash lighting during ceremony and we actually have to have video/phtographer sign a release to the fact and also about bare shoulders if you or BM's are wearing straples..I know we cannot show shoulders....
