Yikes! Anybody know Sans Souci's...
cancellation policy? I only have the deposit down, but my in-laws are having a cow that we booked there because the guest list is just getting bigger and bigger.
I think the contract said it's non-refundable, but I see a few people trying to rebook dates to get their $$ back. Anyone know?

They told us when we booked that it is non-refundable however if it didn't work out we could put the deposit towards another event there - I don't know if that helps?

When we booked Fox Hollow they told us we could either forfeit it or hope that somone else boks the date in which case we get it back. You still have time for someone to come along & ask.

I am getting married at the Sans Souci and remember that the contract stating that the downpayment was non-refundable.

The deposit is non refundable -- but you can apply it towards another date. (you also have to add more money as another deposit on the new date). I don't know if there is a time limit on how much you can change the date.
If the party is getting too big - maybe you can have the shower or the rehearsal dinner there instead.
