I don't want to do NUDE either. My FH would love the kinds of poses/outfits like in Maxim.

Re: This was posted a while ago....
FW said she would do this for me someday.Though I would like to be the one behind the lens for her.. I think THAT would be cool.
I'll just dust off the Polaroid.. LOL
Or maybe the digital might be better.
Anywho.. yeah.. it's a good idea.. do it for him.

Although it's good to get a male point of view on it. Next question, Octgroom, clothed (Maxim style) or totally nude?

I don't think I would feel comfortable with a photographer totally nude. My FH would have to be the one to take those!

IMO--
Photographer would do the Maxim.
FH/DH would do the nude.
Thats the way I would want it.

You guys are funny!!! Btrflygrirl...what flab??? Are you crazy!!! You dont have flab..you are skinny!!!I went and looked at several photographers because I really wanted to do this..decided to just do my own..I was too chicken to go and pose..I bought a professional album, similiar to our wedding album and had the pics printed up with painting paper, they came out really good, DH thought they were professional because I used really excellent software to alter the pics a bit...I have one nude shot but its not comeplete nude..the rest are different things..hard to explain..I know patken does these, Doug I think..the best I saw was Anthony at Perceptions..his work wsas beautiful and very tasteful..if I had a pro do it, it would have been him..I was just too uncomfortable doing this..also many photographers would only let you change outfits twice..I dont know that was..but I wanted variety..anyhow..good luck to you guys...let us know how it all works out!

How did you do it yourself? Did you have a friend take the pics? Or did you use a camera with a timer?

Re: This was posted a while ago....
I useda digital camera witha timera nd a tripod..I used paint shop pro software and was able to edit the photos to make them look how I wanted..you can add effects, airbrishing, etc. It was really very easy, you can make them into Sepia or blacka nd white, etc.
