Finished my Seating Chart 'Question'

YAY, finally we are done with the seeting chart!

There should be 8-12 people per table. Now, I don't have enough people coming from my mother's side of the family, so I have a table of 7 and a table of 8. Is this OK?

Also the hall numbered the tables A, B then 1-16. Can I change the tables to be all numeric? I don't like the A & B, that is for the bridal party.

I am just relieved that it is over! :)

Re: Finished my Seating Chart 'Question'

For the 7 and 8 persons table..can you ask your hall to give you 2 10 person tables vs. having 2 12 persons table. Even if they can't I don't think it would be a big deal anyway.

As for the A,B my hall does that too for my bridal party, I have no clue if you can change. I'm assuming you can.

Re: Finished my Seating Chart 'Question'

I have one table of 7 and they said it was fine. I would call them and ask.

Re: Finished my Seating Chart 'Question'

Thanks, I am glad I am not the only one. I was going to try to move people around. But it is going to be impossible. I want everyone to be comfortable with who they are sitting with!

I will call them and ask though, and I will see if I can change the A & B table.

Re: Finished my Seating Chart 'Question'

I had a problem with this, too...I had to have a table of 13 instead of 12- I called my hall and they said it was fine. Just call and ask.
