I did it before my wedding and lost about 15 pounds. Personally, I liked it very much, the food was pretty good.

I am. It costs about $85-100 a week, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack each day. You also have to add fruits, vegetables, and dairy so that's another $40-$50. But I was already eating out almost every day, so the cost didn't really affect me. I "mostly" stick to it. The food is really great! What else do you want to know?

I went on just before Christmas (bad timing), and I've lost almost 20 lbs so far. It definitely works. But I've done this once before...I lost about 45 lbs being very strict on the diet, then pretty much gained it all back afterwards. This time, I've learned to take my time with it and if I eat off the diet, that's ok. It's really all about the combination of food groups and portion control. I'm trying to be stricter now, and I've just started The Firm tapes again (after seeing the post on it) so hopefully I'll be losing more and more these next few weeks
