Rental house in rocky point

just thought i'd let you know about a rental house.
my friend has a house she wants to rent out for 1400/month. it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. it has a finished basement that is pretty cool (dh thinks that's the best part of the house). it has a washer/dryer, a 2nd shower and sink in the basement, a den/dining room. it's a ranch. fm me if you know anyone interested.
