Bayside Coop Available

1 bedroom large ground-floor coop in Alley Pond, border QUeens/Nassau (Oakland Gardens). 2 in-wall a/css, washer/dryer, corner unit, LOTS of closets, and they allow PETS!!! RIGHT next to the park, it seems like you live in the park itself. Close to Cross Island, Grand Central, and Clearview. Express bus to Manhattan. It's a wonderulf place and a great price too. I moved to Seaford months ago. Apt. is newly renovated too.
