Calling all Russo's Summer/Fall Brides

hello ladies,
I wanted to start a thread b/c I just received a letter from Russo's informing me of contruction that they are doing on the front of the hall starting July for a couple on months. I am so upset about this and the mural that they are putting in front of the place to cover the construction is gross! I have never been informed of time of booking that this was a possiblity. I was wondering if anyone received their letter I did 3 months before my wedding when I have no choice. And I wanted to know what others were going to do about it as far as speaking to someone there...please let me know

there was a post about this on thurs or friday i think...

eta - the other bride that posted this called to complain but they told her that theres no change in the food or service so they wouldnt go down on price. Maybe you should ask for some extras ??

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. Why didn't they do this construction during their slow months in the winter instead of the busiest time of the year? Hope they do something for you guys.
