Our Co-op is in Holtsville, we have a one bedroom, but I can let you know the real estate lady's name and # to see if there are any 2 bedrooms there available, I know they are approx. $160 - $180 plus maintenance fees approx. $600 + (they include your taxes and hot water and heat). Let me know.

I know Artist Lake Condo's in Middle Island allow pets, but it may be too far for you

My sister has a 2BR condo in Holbrook...woodgate village...she has 2 cats...and plenty of people have dogs. I don't know what your price range is....but it's worth a look.

Re: Looking for 2bedroom condo or co-op that accepts pets!! any ideas!!

We just got a place in Winbrooke Homes on the CI/Hauppauge border (mailing address CI, 2 blocks away is Hauppauge) and the woman we are buying from has a dog. They have small fenced in patios and they are reasonable to live there, BUT if you see one you like, grab it. We missed two others in the complex and just barely made this one.

Good luck!

Willow Wood in Wantagh is a condo development/townhouses and accepts pets. I believe Stanford Court in Wantagh and Strafford Green in Farmingdale (both townhouses) accept pets as well. Just no letting them make on common property!
