Which song do you like better? We are having a tough time deciding.

They are both great songs!! A lot of people are using two songs, you could always use both of them!!

Not a big Norah Jones fan. FH and I picked ' a
moment like this'. At first, we were goingto use 'Best thing that ever happened to me' by Gladys Knight. But after seeing the Clarkson/Aiken concert, we chose her song.

I can't decide. Why don't you use both. One from the bride to the groom and the other way around. One as the first dance and one after the cake. I have seen that done before.

Jackie, my vote is for Billy Joel.

It just seems more like a song you and Brad would like, I don't know. And I can see Brad singing it to you - the Norah Jones one not so much.

But go with your gut.

Thanks for your opinions! I have always loved 'You're My Home.' It's one of my favorite Billy Joel songs, but I thought it might be a little too fast for our first dance. Maybe I can have the band slow it down a notch. FH and I both love Norah Jones, and we had decided awhile back that 'Come Away with Me' would be our wedding song. Now, however, everytime I listen to 'You're My Home', I think about what a beautiful wedding song it would make...

Use both!! We had to pick two songs. One was our first dance and that was immediately followed by our good luck dance in which the bridal party and eventually everyone else joined in!!

who says you only get one song? use one as the first and one as the second, invite the parents only to join you on the second song, I am doing something like that, I am having our first dance and then My parents wedding song and dancing with them at one point in the night I am oging to have my sisters wedding song and have her and her hubby and baby dance with us, do as many special songs as you want, both are great songs.
