Mommies, I need your ideas for shower gifts - 2nd baby...

My friend is having her second baby, her first being a boy, this one a girl. She registered, but did so for VERY little. I guess because she has everything already, except for clothing for a girl.

I have a feeling she is going to be deluged with clothing, to the point where whatever I get her won't matter. Any ideas on something cute, sensible and different to get??

Hey, don't say that! I'm hoping that my friends/family throw me a shower if and when I get preggo again! I didn't get to have a shower in NY when I was preggo w/Paul - I only had a small gathering with 5 friends on the west coast. So, I'm really looking forward to being spoiled the second time around!

Aside from that....here's some unique ideas that you can get your friend's daughter....

- Stock in a kids company, like Disney
- A silver ID charm bracelet (I got this for Michele's angel, Molly) - here's a photo:

- A pink and white handpainted rocking horse
- A keepsake growth chart (that can be personalized after the baby is born)

...I'll keep thinking...
