Touching Poem for Baby Daughter

Does anyone know of a touching poem for a parent(s) to read about their new baby daughter, to be read at a baby naming ceremony (kind of like a baptism)??

I dont know if you are looking for really 'poem-like' poems but these are two things I received when Sophia was born:

Someday she'll be a famous pianist
or a high school science teacher
She'll settle down, marry, have a couple of kids
Maybe she won't

Someday she'll help millions of people
all over the world.
Or maybe she'll travel,
send letters from Afridca
or phone you from Rome.

Someday she'll be a strong confident woman...
but you'll always remember the first time you held her in your arms.

Someday she'll have hopes and dreams,
not knowing that once upon a quiet time,
you closed your eyes and dreamed to have her in your life.

I think a baby is a gift from God to its' parents,
as well as hope for humanity, the promise of tomorrow, and the chance to be a part of a new beginning of life.

Your lovely daughter is so fortunate to have both of you, and you are blessed to have her.

She will give you joys, hopes, tears and laguther.
You will learn patience that you have never known before, and you will learn how wonderful and miraculous life truly can be.

Probably not exactly what you're looking for ... but here's the poem from my favor...

A child's angel
once upon a time there was a child ready to be born.
So one day this child asked God:
They tell me you are sedning me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small & helpless?
Among the many angels, I chose these for you. They will be waiting for you & will take care of you.
'But tell me, here in Heaven, I don't do anything else but sing & smile; that's enough for me to be happy'
Your angels will sing for you & will also smile for you every day.
And you will feel your angels' love & be happy.
'And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language that men talk?
Your angels will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and will much patience & care, your angels will teach you how to speak..
'And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?'
Your angels will place your hands together & will teach you how to pray.
'I've heard that on earth there are bad men. Who will protect me?'
Your angels will defend you even if it means risking their lives.
'But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.'
Your angels will always tak to you about me & will teach you the way for you to come back to me, even theough I will always be next to you.

At that moment, there was much peace in heaven, but voices from earth could already be heard, and the child in a hurry asked softly:
'Oh, God, if I am about to leave now, please tell me my angels' names?'
