I'm getting matchboxes instead of matchbooks b/c I like them better. We're using www.stenzelimaging.com

I spent $37 (incl shipping) for 50 personalized matchboxes from wedfavors.com

Try Party City...my cousin picked them up for me but...if I remember correctly, they were the cheapest I have seen..

Try eBay - You can get 100 of them with your picture on them for like $35.
