OMG! This is not my day!!

Not only did my hairdresser cancel (I just posted) on me today (If anybody uses someone great, please let me know).

Unbelieveable! My photographer just canceled too!!!

Can you believe that!!!!

Any help on a hairdresser AND now a photographer??

Sigh...

He is actually a friend of mine (so no deposit). BUT I booked a BAND b/c I thought I'd save on photo (it ws going to be his gift to me) and hair (my usual salon). Now I'm stuck (already started paying for the band - no backing out now)

Any advice/sugetions on who used would be VERY appreciated!!

I called Patken tonight (love their work - and such good reviews) - spoke to Doug (being that I had a 'free' photographer - my friend) - they seem so expensive! What do you think? Is that the average??

sorry to hear that- i am going with an independent photographer- she charges 100 per hr. we only need her for 5 hrs. then we'll go from there depending on how many photos and what kind of album we choose. i found her reasonable...but i am not traditional
i can relate to your kind of day-today i had to do a MAJOR overhaul and change my ceremony location AGAIN b/c i saw what mine looked like and HATED it!
back to the drawing board...can't wait to be done with this sometimes
