Donations as Wedding Favors

Does anyone know how I go about doing this ? I went to a wedding where the favor was a small card w/ a note saying the bride and groom had made a donation to 'X' Charity in honor of their guests. - I thought it was a great idea, but don't know how to go about doing it ! ?

Re: Donations as Wedding Favors

Hi, I am doing the same thing (and I'm at the watermill too!) Just contact the charity of your choice and they'll let you know the rest. Usually they will offer you either little scrolls or cards letting your guests know what you have chosen to do. If your charity does not offer these, you could easily print something up yourself. I was thinking to maybe make magnets or bookmarks, not sure yet. Hope this helps-Good luck!
