Re: Bands that play Italian Music???
I know you posted this a while ago, but I haven't been on in a while. My sister had Armonia. They were excellent but it was also 3 years ago. I would check them out anyway. We decided on a DJ, but I would have went to see them if we wanted a band. Also, when someone recommended a band call Cappelli. I don't have any of their numbers, but at least you have names to start with. Good luck.

The Strings - Haven't seen (they were already booked for our date) but have heard good things. Friends of ours have booked them for their wedding. They are somewhere in NJ.Opera 3000 - Saw them. They are amazing. Located in Garfield, NJ. 9 pieces.
Le Onde - Saw them. Pretty good. Run by 2 families. 7 pieces. Located on Long Island.
MGM - Don't know much yet. Going to see them tonight in Brooklyn !
Mirage - Going to see them next week somewhere in NJ.
Paris - Russo's recommended band. Didn't see them because they were booked for our date. Have heard they are good.
Visione - Don't know much about them. Was recommended to us by one of the bands that was booked for our date.
Sugarz - My family used them for a party 5 years ago. We're going to check them out again next weekend. Smaller - 5 pieces. The lead singer performs with her keyboard player on Wednesday nights at Europa (the restaurant at Chateau Briand)
Carozza Brothers - Saw them & liked them allot. Run by 4 brothers. Located in Pelham. 7 pieces - I think.
Armonia (of Harmony) - I've also heard of them but haven't seen them. If I remember correctly they showcase on 2 Thursdays a month and we've had trouble setting up a good time to see them.
Oasis - the lead singer of Opera 3000 was in this band for many years. Don't know why they broke up. We haven't seen them, just heard about them from Opera 3000. They are also in NJ.
I have all their contact info at home or else I would have included it. It has been hard for us to find out about these bands so I hope this helps you! Have fun and Good luck.
