Need gag gift ideas...

The staff of the classroom I work with is having a secret santa gag gift exchange. Each year the gifts are silly...new shoes in a box, a recycled gift given from one of the children (really, it isn't mean...it was a dome paperweight with the child's face at the bottom so it looked enlarged), etc.

Can anyone think of anything silly? I'm all out of ideas this year.
