RECEPTION HALLS.... IDEAS NEEDED!

Hey ladies!! My fiancee and I are trying to figure out where to look... suggestions and reviews are encouraged!! We dont want to get married at Crest Hollow, Fox Hollow, Woodbury Country Club, or Flowerfield's because we have family that have done those... Thanks!

Well, I am gettign married at Belmont Racetrack! If you are looking for something different - definitley check them out!!! It is so beautiful!!!

We are getting married at Meadow Club in Port Jeff. The place is beautiful and we got a great deal!

I'm getting married at Chateau la Mer which is on the water in Lindenhurst - the place is beautiful, the price was great, and I LOVE our banquet manager Nick!

I am getting married at the Inn at East Wind in Wadding River, you also have the Westbury Manor, North Ritz Club, Coral House, Swan Club, Lands End, Stewart Manor Country Club, Giorgios, Rock Hill Country Club, Timber Point Country Club.

There are a ton of places check out the newsdays Weddings of Distinction they list all the halls on Long island with price ranges.

I second North Ritz, they have a website too, www.northritzclub.com - I think thats it. I thought it was perfect for me and I saw about 15 or so and that was the only one I thought was perfect. There's the Watermill, which was nice too.

north ritz! north ritz! lol it's so beautiful! they are so nice to deal with.

also, the George Washington Manor in Roslyn is nice. It only holds about 120 comfortably-they say 150 but don't listen to that hahaha
Milleridge is really nice & so is Meadow Club-went to a wedding there in October.

The Sand Castle has great service & food--you have to be looking for that type of decor though.

If money is no object -- definitely check out Oheka Castle!!

Some of my favorites are

SandCastle, Franklin Square (of course)
LarkField Manor, East Northport
Riviera, Massapequa
Crescent Beach Club, Bayville
Areca (not sure of the town)
Jericho Terrace
Westbury Manor (did you name that one as a no-no?)
