how do i ask the bp/family...

fh has three ' young' cousins,
we plan to ask one to be a gm, one a bm
and the other(youngest) will be a greeter(hand out programs,roses)

how should we go about asking all them without making the youngest think shes a bm.
Do we ask her to be a greeter first, then ask the other two?

We had the same situation and we just added the other one to the bridal party. It makes it uneven, but I did not want anyone's 'feelings' to get hurt. Can you make the younger one a junior BM?

We spoke to the parents and then asked the kids to in the party, and told them what their role was, and then we told the others we had a special job we needed them to do for us. We have one handing out programs and one handing out tossing rice. Everyone was fine with it and glad to take a part!
