The Story behind the Rustic Diamond Ring:
I was asked to create an engagement ring for a client in Colorado -
The request:
' I would like a rustic low profile diamond ring with a hammered finish with highly polished finish. She does NOT want to large stone that sticks up high as we are very active outdoors people. unique is best, but it still needs to have 'bling.' Steve S.
Here's what Steve had to say :
'Amy was fantastic to work with from the start! I came into this project with a vague idea of what I was wanting, and came out with a ring that is far more beautiful than I could have hoped. This whole process was truly 'custom,' and Amy demonstrated great patience with me (since I was scared to death and had never done this before) as we built this project together. She is an efficient project manager and had the ring in my hand 3 weeks earlier than I needed (now its burning a hole in my pocket). She is also, and more importantly, a great craftsman. As I said before, the ring is far more brilliant and perfectly suited to my girlfriend, than I ever could have gotten from a regular jeweler. Thanks for the great work! I will be in contact with you again soon!'
