Just recently, we have introduced the Personalized Tent Card Kit. Each card will include the bride’s and groom’s names and information about The Guest Album Project.

One card will be placed at each table during your event. The Tent Card is an invitation for your guests to participate in The Guest Album Project by photographing and uploading images from your event. Each tent card includes twelve instructional tear-off Post-it Cards that will be attached to the reverse side. As an extra discount, we will deduct the price you paid for the Tent Cards from the purchase of your album.

Since you are creating a database of your guests, you can also include their e-mail addresses. If you want to participate in The Guest Album Project, you just click the Send Guest List link and we will inform your digital camera wielding guests that they can upload all of their images to TheGuestAlbum.com. Your friends and family then register as guests and simply upload all of their images directly to our server after your event. These images become immediately available to you and, as a result, you now have a pool of hundreds or even thousands of images to choose from.
Pretty amazing, huh? There is no way you won’t find a bunch of gems in this huge image pool. Maybe you will find grandma dancing with a bunch of the young guys, tiring them all out. Or maybe you will find a candid of the Bar Mitzvah boy busting a move on the dance floor in a circle of his friends. Your friends are not going to make silly faces at the professional photographer, but they might when approached by another good friend. Who knows exactly what you will find? You don’t have to be a participating guest photographer to create your own album online. You just have to register to view and use the guest album online. Before TheGuestAlbum.com, the host was forced to purchase an album from the professional photographer, which would include all the formal photographs and traditional memorable moments, at a premium price. With the advent of SHOOT AND BURN photography, the consumer is no longer at the mercy of professional photographers. Instead of having to deal with bookbinders through an intermediary (the photographer), SHOOT AND BURN photographers are paid a one-time fee to shoot the event and burn the images onto a high resolution CD. Now the consumers can create a premium quality album at a much lower price using the professional’s photographs, as well as photographs taken by their nearest and dearest. After all, who knows you better than they do?

Hello readers… my name is Matthew Sanchez. My father, Nicasio Sanchez, has been in the luxury album business for over a decade. His client base was, for the most part, comprised of some of the most well-known photographic studios in New York City, including Fred Marcus and Dennis Reggie. We have also, on occasion, produced books for celebrities. I have recently come on board to assist him in a new venture. We are no longer doing business with studios. Rather, we are aiming to become more intimately involved with the consumer. We are providing the consumer with an offer they can’t refuse (pardon the Godfather reference, but I couldn’t resist). Most bookbinders produce albums with materials that are not exactly top shelf. This is not because they do not care about their customers.
