People don't realize that when they are trying to lose weight detoxification plays a key factor. Just think about all the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis, especially those found in processed foods that we eat. I do a series of cleanses seasonal to help reduce the amount of toxins in my system, leaving me looking and feeling the best I can.
